Description
My ArrowHead Salmon Twin-Lines are built using the twin color, twin density idea I pioneered in the mid 90s. It creates a seamless shooting head type fly-line where the rear running line floats and the casting head either floats or sinks at various speeds. I invented the twin colour idea so that the caster can easily see the ideal amount to put off the end of the rod. Most manufacturers are now copying this idea.
BUT! Without my unique ArrowHead tapers, many OEM lines do not cast or present in the same way. Graduated, extended front and rear tapers have to balance the head weight in flight to avoid the line bunching as shooting heads do, or presenting very poorly. My ArrowHead lines make Spey casting with good presentation easy.
ArrowHead lines are made with a cold PVC coating over a strong braided core. They do wear out, but they will lie straight on the water.
