The small rise of water we had yesterday has dropped away (about 10″ on the Peebles gauge) and we saw fewer fish moving today. However, I managed a 4lb cock Grilse from below the road bridge, a 9lb fish was landed at the Mound and a 13lb fish from the New house pool (middle beat left bank) in the afternoon. So three that I know about for today.
