I can hardly believe I am writing this but yes, I am now looking towards retirement after 33 years in the business of teaching people to cast and designing and selling my own unique brand of ArrowHead fishing tackle.
If anyone is interested, I am now looking for someone or a Company to take my business of the ArrowHead tackle brand and fishing school forward, with (hopefully) or without my continued interest and trading name of Michael Evans & Co.
The business is currently run on a sole trader basis so no audited accounts are available. I am therefore proposing to offer it on the basis of simple stock at valuation plus the goodwill of a loyal client list, website, product designs and branding. Plus an interest for my future help, mentoring, product design ideas and so on, if needed.
