Although I am following the national news on a daily basis, as no doubt are you, I am still intending to run my courses at the farm, my Scottish courses and fishing and international trips as scheduled. I think we are all a lot safer out fishing than just about anywhere else!

Trout Course 23rd March 2019
Another perfect day conditions-wise. Mild, overcast and a slight breeze. As ever on my courses, the morning spent learning the basics of assembling the kit, casting, fishing techniques and entomology and then the afternoon fishing. A good midge hatch assisting our efforts and a first brace of trout for John B in addition to the […]
Great opening day!
The trout season at Little Saxbys Farm opened on Wednesday with perfect conditions, mild overcast and a light breeze. Compared to last year when Ron R. was the only syndicate member to brave the snow on opening day, we had a full compliment this year and a great result. 3 first fish for Maggie W. […]
New season approaches!

Opening day at Little Saxbys Farm

Sally Gladman
It is with a very heavy heart I must announce the death of Sally Gladmen at 7.30 this morning at Kings Hospital. Her sister Gina was with Her. Sal worked for me for nearly 20 years and was adored by absolutely everyone who met her. For the past 16 months she had been fighting cancer […]
