I do hope you are all keeping safe and well in this dreadful time.
Giving you the latest updates on my various activities, I must sadly say our Russia trip for the end of May is now cancelled along with the rest of the program on the Varzuga for 2020. Whilst this is of course very disappointing for us, it is a massive loss to the village who rely heavily on this income for their survival. Nevertheless they have rolled all our bookings to next year, so I am hoping everyone will do the same.
Mail order post: To limit the number of unnecessary journeys to the town I am now only posting mail order items once per week, usually on a Wednesday. Apologies for not giving my normal fast service, but as most fisheries are closed anyway, it will hopefully not be too inconvenient.
