Water 2’3″ on the gauge after heavy rain yesterday it rose to 2’6″ by lunchtime and slightly colored. Difficult height but just about fishable. One of our team had a 5lb grilse from just above the bridge RB, otherwise just a few trout. Oh, except I also caught a bright silver smolt of about 4 oz. Odd seeing silvered smolts in late October? Tomorrow should be better. Isn’t it always!
